I went to have a tooth pulled due to it breaking and causing discomfort. Needless to say I don't have insurance so I am a cash paying customer. NO!! He refused to pull my tooth and they wanted me to take a loan out for $2000 and owe them $1034. 2 monthly payments- I think not.
Dr Seibert seemed nice and competent, what little time we saw of him. As with most doctors and dentists today he actually spends little time with the patient. He was in and out very quickly. The good news is I didn't require any of his services. That is a good thing. My complaint is with the hygienist. My wife and I both felt it was the roughest, most painful cleaning we have ever had. I went there to have a root canal before it was as good as a root canal can be. Today I went and I was totally lost as to why I was even sitting in the chair. They don't look at you while they're talking. except for the dental hygienist. The secretary that bills acted like she had no clue what she was doing. And I knew exactly what my insurance was going to pay because I was told twice already. I will never be going back there again. The dentist is good his staff is not. It was like nobody knew with the left foot was doing.
Dr. Seibert truly cares for his patients. It's nice to have such great care in Braselton.
