Had an appointment today at the Braselton location and arrived on time to find out my appointment had been removed. Received confirmation text and calls for any updates or changes to my personal information, but nothing changed so I proceeded with my scheduled time. If you are looking for a dependable dentist in the area, this is not the place. The account holders time and commitment to securing a scheduled appointment is not valued. #theshiphassailedforthisnlocation #patientbeware
We changed dentists after 5 years, so we very nervous. I took my 17 year old today almost in tears. When we got there, the ladies up front were very nice. They talked to us like we had been there for a long time. That really calmed our nerves. We really love Dr. Powers!! He took a lot of time with us and did a more thorough exam that I’ve ever seen.
