As a professional in the same field, when I have called that office the front desk person Barbara is nothing but rude and tries to get you off the phone as soon as possible. She is very condensending and tries to make you feel that you are beneath her. I have experienced this many times whenever I need to call them re: a patient.
Dr. Feuer and his assistant Karen are the absolute BEST team for people who are petrified of the dentist. They are patient and kind! He is so gentle and understanding and Karen is there the whole time making you feel comfortable. They tell you EVERYTHING they are going to do before they do it!! I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment and I've never had to schedule far in advance. I have always been accommodated. However, I partially agree with the other reviewer. Had this dentist then moved then came back to them thinking they changed.. very hard to get appointments. very very hard. Wait time is very long as well. It was always difficult to talk to the front desk woman as they are very rude to people. I have experienced it personally and as I was sitting waiting for my appointment I witnessed it, I wasnt the only one they are rude to. my appointment constantly got cancelled because apparently these woman can not do their jobs correctly.
