Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Did this provider have reasonable prices? Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes
