I was unaware that I was suffering from painful and embarrassing TMJ. Dr. Hood diagnosed my problem on that office visit. After TMJ surgery I continued to see Dr. Hood for other issues. He is a wonderful doctor. Nicole and Brittany are friendly and knowledgeable. They are a great assets to dental visits. You talk someone, clearly in pain, into having more work done than is necessary. Agree to accept a couple hundred a month, with a credit card on file. Stack treatments so the balance is very quickly in the $2-3000 range. Then refuse to treat because of the balance. THEN start charging $100/month penalty for non-payment when you have a card on file! The Better Business Bureau will be my first phone call today.
I am absolutely terrified of the dentist!!!! I had my first root canal yesterday(6/21/17) and I can say they make you feel so comfortable and at ease the whole time. The WHOLE STAFF is AMAZING!!!!!Thanks again for a GREAT visit. I know that I have found my new dentist!!!!! Thanks Dr. Hood!!!!!!
