I was a patient at Dental Associates and I must warn you, they are ALL ABOUT MONEY!! I was billed for services that I DID NOT receive. I spoke with Valerie in Orthodontic billing about the balance which was well over $1400 and I asked her why I was billed for services I never received. She was very RUDE towards me and she did not seem interested in discussing why I was billed for orthodontic services that I never received. I definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone!!

Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste

Their staff isn't organized at all. I didn't even get a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. I was a little disappointed at how thoroughly they examined my teeth. I was hoping they would've been a bit more thorough. The result of their carelessness and neglect meant that I needed to get an implant. I had to get a real dentist from another provider to evaluate my problem. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail
