Called to see how their business works wether or not I had to setup and appointment or just come in for an estimate. The person who answered the phone said to send them pictures then asked what kind of vehicle it was and where the dent was. I gave him the year make and model and continue to tell him how the dent happened he then cuts me off says no can’t do it this is a paint less dent repair which is fine because no paint is missing it is DENTED.
