One of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any repair or auto sales shop. In my personal experience, nothing here felt organized or handled professionally. Communication was poor, pricing changed without clear explanation, and I left feeling like my time and money were completely wasted. I’ve dealt with plenty of shops in Metro Detroit, and this was easily one of the worst. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are far better, more reliable shops in the area.
CAUTION!!! STAY AWAY!!! This has been one of the worst automotive experiences I’ve ever had. In my personal experience, the location felt extremely unsafe and rundown — I would not recommend anyone drive out there unless they absolutely have to. I had a vehicle repaired here, and in my opinion, the work was completely shoddy. The car never ran right afterward. They took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me a fair price compared to other shops I checked. My vehicle was ready when promised, and it’s been running perfectly ever since.
