If I could give them zero stars, I would. Not only did they diagnose my 2 year old car (which I bought NEW from them) with over $700 in repairs (which, conveniently, "aren't covered by my warranty"), but the repairs that need to be made sound like manufacturing errors or defects. Along with this, we have also been told by them that my warranty was one thing, but found out today what it actually is (after giving us the $740 cost for repairs). Purchased my 4th vehicle from Denooyers a few weeks ago! Once again easy smooth transaction! Brett Neal was my sales guy and he was knowledgeable quick to respond and no pressure to buy! Go see him!
So while we were here getting our oil changed, there seemed to be a disgruntled elderly woman. One of the service staff 'Bill' came into the waiting area and talked to her. The elderly woman was nice just confused. He offered to have a ride arranged. She declined but it was a very nice gesture. The service department is slow.......but this time around it was worth the wait.
I did learn one thing about DeNooyer today, A sleazy used car salesmen goes clear up to a sleazy management. they are never wrong even when they are.
I love how I give a bad review about the car we bought broke down 4 days after buying it & now it has been removed! Classic now we can see why there are only a few recommends on here. They remove all the bad reviews.
