Just walked out of your dealership, because your salesmen was extremely rude and acted like he had no time to deal with us when we told him we had cash for a truck , we will never buy from you....very disappointed.
We came in to purchase a new vehicle in December. After changing our mind numerous times we finally settled on a 2016 Malibu. Even though we were that typical difficult customer that couldn't make up their mind, Mike never pushed us or made us feel like we were wasting his time. He really listened to what what we wanted and made this a very enjoyable experience. We will definitely buy our next vehicle from him.
I came in today with terrible engine problems and a broken window, and even without an appointment, they were able to help me get my car fixed by the end of the day. Every employee I worked with was filled with kindness, I mainly worked with Jeff and he was outstanding getting me the care I needed for my car. I highly recommend you go to this dealership.
I purchased a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer here and there were a few things wrong with it but they were very fair about the price. Overall I was extemely happy with the deal I got here! I definitely recommend this place for new or used cars!
I purchased a 2015 Certified used Buick Regal on Monday, March 23, 1016 and after the purchase, found there was only 1 key fob, not the normal 2. I was told that they only had 1 from when DeNooyer purchased the car. The next day, I contacted the used car sales manager, Ryan DeNooyer and was informed that per GM Certification policies, they only need to supply 1 fob, but to make things right, he would send one to me. I would never purchase a vehicle from then again and I advise anyone and everyone to do the same. Their service department rigged up a broken line and as soon as I got the car home that was purchased from there it broke again. Heritage Chevrolet in battle creek fixed it properly. Their oil changes and tires for life program is a joke. If you're a women they will take advantage of you.
