We recently purchased a 2016 Impala from DeNooyer and it has compelled me to write about our experience. My husband and I dread used car shopping and go into a dealership with an attitude that they are going to try to pressure us into buying, and if we do, we will later find that the deal was good only for the dealership, not for us. We worked with Rick Tiller on the purchase of a 2016 2LTZ Impala, we love this car!! He was very knowledgeable and professional with us. My only complaint was bad windshield wipers for winter weather. They were replaced at the first oil change this last weekend. Great service , great car care and concern. I went to see Rick to discuss use of the phone charging pad of which didn't work with the IPhone 7. I have gone through DeNooyer service for tire issues. I worked with Lauren, she was very friendly, and helpful and made it such an easy process to get new tires. I wasn't a previous DeNooyer customer, but I will be going there as long as I own a vehicle!
Had a appointment for a oil change waited 2 hours finally brought truck up went to leave they never changed sticker and when we got back to the shop i checked the oil and its like almost 2 qt over full what a joke
