My car would not turn off and when I called, the receptionist said, “Well, I don’t have a magic wand to fix it.” When I pulled into the garage and was greeted, I explained that I didn’t have an appointment, but my car wouldn’t shut off. I was told, “We are booked today and won’t be able to get to your car.” Ursula did a great job helping me after I asked for a service advisor. But the initial contacts are yet another reason why I will no longer be giving you my business.
