I can only speak on the car buying experience. it was easy the staff are very nice,helpful, and not pushy at all. Todd was the sales person who helped me and he is great. I just bought a vehicle from them so I will do a follow up on how the vehicle is running in a few weeks.
brought my 2007 Saturn in due a smell of gas and they proceeded to put a dye in the line due to the underbody being wet well they did not inform me that the gas line had been spliced and modified in anyway. when I returned to the dealership I was told that and that the recall on those particular parts were now void. I bought this vehicle 3 weeks ago and wasn't aware of the modification if any had been done. I wasn't shown what needed to be fixed and they wouldn't let me ask questions to the mechanic. It was a great experience!
I worked with Cody to replace my turn in lease vehicle. He was patient and infomative, even through my switching gears on him and we found my TRAX in the color I wanted. He was flexible with my schedule through the three days it took for me to really finalize my deal. I'll continue to reach out to DeNooyer and would recommend them for your next Chevrolet!!
They came to find me, even though it was viciously cold outside. they did more for me, process-wise, than the "biggest" dealer in the state.
They were amazing and so help after we totalled our car. They were patient and understands and answered all our questions. They even got us a better rate than the bank gave us. I would recommend Todd to everyone!!!
