I had an amazing experience with everyone at Denooyer.
We leased a 2018 Volt and had an excellent experience.
Until my last visit for an oil change I've had good, honest service from DeNooyer. I went in for my normal "tires for life" oil change and service and was told that my front brake pads and rotors need to be changed and it would cost around $530. I said I would have to wait. I normally do brakes myself so I stopped and picked up rotors and pads. I get home, take off the wheel and caliper and I looked at the pads and they had 10mm plus of pad remaining. I came in after seeing a Jeep they had... I worked with Dave and he was wonderful! So helpful and laid everything out for us! The office is such a friendly environment. If you go, ask for Dave!
I don't recommend you buy from his dealer they were dishonest they didn't divulge important information regarding what would have been in my best interest with my vehicle that I previously purchased from them. It was made clear that the profit is all they were concerned with. If you want honesty and good treatment from your dealer, I urge you to seek it elsewhere and save yourself from being taken advantage of.
