Very blessed to rent from the Dennistons. Excellent properties in great, safe neighborhoods. I've only needed to contact the Dennistons a couple of times since moving in back in February but times my expectations were far exceeded. I would absolutely encourage anyone to feel confident in renting from them!
I am looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house. Can pay 600 a month. Have been at my current residence almost ten years just need a bigger place. Was wondering if you have any houses in that price range.
We rented from Denniston properties for about a year and never had any problems. They were very professional in all matters. Any issues we had were resolved promptly and smoothly. They also have some of the nicest properties around.

I have looked at all the photos of the different properties owned by Denniston properties. All of them look like they have been very well maintained. I'm a very clean person, and all these properties look very nice and clean! That's one of the most important things I'm looking for in a rental property. I have spoke to Shannon Denniston and he seems like a very nice man that knows how to treat his tenants.
