Amazing management for several years. Dennis is the go-to guy if you need someone who will look out for your best interests as well as your property. He also has a great relationship with the tenants because we have renters that have signed leases year after year.

I am giving Dennis Wilson properties a -5. After 9 months into a one year lease agreement I was told by Dennis that the owner’s were going to do a short sale. In October we had a default letter from the mortgage company stating the owner’s were 10k in default. I was told by Jeremy who showed us the house that the owners were looking for a long term tenants and that is what we needed. I wonder what kind of screening does this management does if any that didn’t catch that an owner was 10k behind in their mortgage. Maybe a simp... read more

They were great to deal with during a small emergency. They had the disposal fixed and the sink draining within hours of the problem first arising. We were very pleased at the speed of the repair and the concern for our tenants.

This is a great business to deal with and I have been working directly with Dennis for over 10 years. He is very thoughtful and gets things done. I have been very happy with him and his dealings with my property. It is seldom vacant and well taken care of over the years.

I have been in a property managed by this company for a while now and have not really had any problems. I like the place I live in because of where it is and because everything works. All the appliances a re newer and so is the paint and carpet. It was really nice when I moved in and still is. They made sure of that after we looked at the place and before we moved in.

I would describe the work that Dennis Wilson properties does for me and my home to be second to none. They do a great job with maintenance and landscaping. The 2 properties are always filled and I couldnt be happier.
