We have been tenants in one of the properties managed by Dennis Wilson Properties for over 3 years. Prior to them taking over the unit, we dreaded dealing with the managers. They were either unresponsive or took a while to fix issues. Having Dennis Wilson was like a breath of fresh air. I am a new renter to Dennis Wilson Properties in Temecula. I have very little experience renting because I had always lived in a family-owned home before now but needed to relocate down here from LA in order to be closer to a new job. I have been a renter from Dennis Wilson Properties in Temecula for a number of years now. I have enjoyed the time spent living here. I truly feel that this is where I call “home” and not just a property I rent. I take a lot of pride in the property, and I believe that Dennis Wilson Properties looks favorably on that and we have a mutual respect for each other. Looking forward to many more years of a good relationship.

Having renters living near us that were responsible and respectful clients of Dennis, we decided to let him be our manager of our home when we moved to Hawaii. So far he has kept communication with us and has responded to our needs and the care of our home. I would recommend Dennis Wilson to others.

Dennis Wilson properties goes the extra mile to keep our rentals in good shape and our tenants happy. he has increased our rental cash flow by keeping our vacancies low and finding great tenants! In over 14 years we have never had a serious problem with any of our properties managed by Dennis. (4 properties) of the 6 managers we work with around the country, Dennis is the best communication and value.

Not only have they been absolutely great to my property and the tenants but they are fantastic to me. Everything they do I am always included in the process and decision making. They ultimately have my back with all that they do regarding my property and I wouldn't change them for the world. Thank you guys!

They have been managing my property for over 18 years now. In all of that tune they have always been proactive in ensuring the property is well maintained. The tenants are great as well, and if anything was wrong on the money side he got it taken care of promptly and left me stress-free.
