Always very efficient & timely, yet everyone in the office takes the time to be personal and attend to the patient's needs. Very much appreciate their expertise.
The staff as usual was very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is Lindsey the dental assistant is very heavy handed when cleaning. I've never experienced this with the other assistants. Brooklyn had an appointment before me and she was complaining that her mouth hurt for three days. I thought she was just being dramatic until I had my own experience. Many years ago I was recommended to Dr. Nagel. I miss Becky but Lindsey did an awesome job on my cleaning. My finace is coming in on Monday and I know she has the best Dentist and staff. I still don't get "Laur A." on the placard!!!!!! Best staff on the planet!!!!!!! Chuck

Lindsey is obviously dedicated to doing an excellent job. I've never had a more thorough cleaning from a hygienist. Dr. Nagel provides a level of advice and depth of knowledge that I do not recall ever receiving from a previous dentist. Laura the office manager was extremely personable and I could tell would go to any extent to please the customer. Overall I was extremely pleased.
