Every thing went fine. Prompt, through and very friendly.
Prompt, efficient, thorough and above all, friendly and welcoming.
Cleaning went fine. Major discussion re' treatment of difficult cavity with Dr. Nagel. Appreciated time used for this and it's questions about different modes of Rx.
All of the staff are very friendly, know our family well and make us feel very welcome!!
I would really like it if the assistant would put Vaseline on my lips as they get stretched and dried out and they feel like they will rip open and bleed when my mouth is open for 2 hours. Otherwise I will bring my own.

I loved the Pandora music. My hygienist was not as careful as previous hygienists have been. I had to instruct her to remove the rest of the plaque from my back upper right molar. I could feel she had not been thorough. She went back and did remove the rest of the plaque at my request. She defended herself by saying that she didn't think it was that much and thought the tooth polishing would care of it.
