Today our son had his braces removed. He had several problems, not withstanding a severe over bite. I will admit I had skepticism going into this that Dr Dionne would not be able to address all the issues that faced our son. Today, to our "extreme" pleasure, we witnessed the final reveal and WOW! I could hardly believe it to be true. A perfect smile!! We had been to other Orthodontists who recommended surgeries and I am so thankful someone referred us to Dr Dionne. Do yourself a favour ... make that call.
We have two children now that have gone with Dr. Dionne and we will not even consider anyone else for our third. The staff are super friendly, your appointment always starts right on time and when you have an emergency you can get in right away. The atmosphere is wonderful for kids, our youngest loves going and she doesn't even have to :) There was one instance where we had an issue and Dr Dionne went out of his way to go in when the office was closed.
He is a great doctor, very funny and good with all of his patients. The staff are very nice too and i love going to the orthodontist.
Dr.Dionne is very friendly, and his staff are great. They always see us right on time. They are also always doing fun contests or dress up days too. I'm glad we went with Dr. Dionne.
My son just had his braces removed after a couple years of treatment at Dr Dionnes office. Throughojt his orthodontic journey there, each and every staff member we came in contact with was warm, caring and so very helpful. Dr. Dionne treated both of my children for at least 10 years each. They both had severe over-bites due to small recessed jaws. During the initial visits, Dr. Dionne developed individual plans for both kids and followed them through to completion. My kids have both just finished their treatments with braces removed. As planned, my son had jaw surgery, my daughter only needed mouth appliances to correct her condition. From beginning to end Dr Dionne and his entire staff treated us with the most professional and caring manner.Answered any questions we had and made us feel at ease,but most of all he made our son, his patient feel secure and comfortable . The staff at Dr. Dionne's office made my time as pleasurable as possible. They were always kind and would give any information you needed without hesitation. The modern, high-tec office is a very pleasing atmosphere to be in and Dr. Dionne himself is a fun yet knowledgeable person. My experience was great and I highly recommend seeing Dr. Dionne for braces.
First off, I'm 50 and wanted to correct my smile and feel better about myself. Well, Dennis did just that with the help of his brilliant staff. He had quite a challenge with me.
