When my son required treatment i requested a kid friendly orthodontist.What i got was a kid friendly,state of the art in ortho care Dr, whose staff was unbelievable!Dr Dionne and his staff keep you well informed step by step of your childs progress.Would i do the treatment over again if i could? Dr. Dionne successfully treated both of our children, each being challenging in their own rights. The staff was always courteous, friendly and ready to book appointments according to our schedules. Their punctuality was appreciated as we rarely had to wait and even then, it was never for more than a few minutes. The doctor is friendly and down to earth. Dr. Dionne and his staff are simply wonderful. I have been a patient of his for a decade. I've had braces, head gear, surgery, you name it i had it! I practically grew up there! It was a struggle to go through all of those things, but Dr. D and his staff kept saying"it will be worth it in the end" And it IS worth every struggle! His staff is so welcoming and kind. Very happy with my smile. Now I can actually smile and show my beautiful teeth. It was worth every penny spent.
My daughter had her braces off yesterday and she looks amazing! She actually looked forward to going to her appointments. The staff was always friendly and seemed to really get to know and take an interest in my daughter. I love the office and the atmosphere.(coming from an aviation family we always felt at home) We would definetly recommend Dr. Dionne and have already done so.
All i can say is wow,,,my daughter got her braces off today and what a remarkable job Dr.dionne has done. I also would like to comment on his staff they were very helpful and friendly you felt like you were part of the family there. I would definately recommend DR.Dionne to anyone without hesitation i feel there should be more Dentist like him cause i have seen the worst and he definately in my mind rates one of the BEST!!!!! Hi there, I just wanted to say that Dr. Dionne is absolutely the best orthodontist in the Windsor/Tecumseh area. I have quite a messed up jaw, which makes me talk 'off to the side' and after tons of orthos saw this and all told me there was nothing they could do, Dr. Dionne came up with an ortho plan right away that will end up leaving me with the perfect straight smile I've always dreamed of. Very nice and understandable orthodontist, great and friendly staff that do not make you feel at all different or weird while your visits, able to talk to them as if you've known them forever. You practically feel at home when you arrive with coffee, computers and comfortable chairs to greet you and your parents. my experience was a fun one, I will miss these visits that helped me achieve my perfect smile! happy eating :D
