Been a very good experience
Went to them to test drive a 2020 Ram, left because we were still narrowing it down. Ended up back there after two very long days of dealing with other dealerships that wouldn’t know a fair price if it bit them. These guys didn’t have the exact truck we wanted, but we bought one from them anyway. They offered us $5000 more for our trade than anyone else would, and almost $6000 lower for the Ram. No haggling, just honest pricing, it is refreshing.
Love our Jeep and everyone at Dennis Dillon who worked us. Couldn’t be happier!
we were greeted as we walked in not as soon as we got out of the car and was bombarded like other dealers, felt.like we got a GREAT deal and got a 3 month, 3,000 mile warranty on a USED car included in the price!!!! No body beats a Dennis Dillon deal!!
I was excited to work with this dealership. I found the perfect Jeep and a sales person contacted me over the weekend. I told her I wanted it and for them to send me the paperwork to secure it. On Monday a sales person contacted me and I sent him all of my information (ID, Insurance, payment hold doc) and then they went dark. I waited a day..then a second day. I took my Jeep in for warranty repair. Since I called to set up the appointment and all the way through I've been dealing with John in service. He has been great he called me and let me know what paperwork I should get to make sure the warranty wasn't denied, the item warranty wouldn't cover he called to get approval before he just put it on. He's been very professional and polite the entire time. Plus it's been quick, a pretty lengthy prepare it's only taken about five to six days after the warranty was approved.
Short... sweet... just the way I like a car buying experience.
