Worst Service Ever!! Worst experience ever!!! I can't express how disappointed I am with Dennis Dillon. We purchased a truck after being told it went through a thorough inspection. Drove it less than 10 miles and the battery exploded. We called them and were told to take in the next morning. They put two new batteries (its a diesel) in and a mile down the road did the same thing. After them having it for 1 1/2 wks we got it back with massive acid damage from multiple exploding batteries. My husband and I purchased a new pickup in 2013. 2012 Dodge Ram Power Wagon with 41 miles on it, and we bought a lifetime warranty from Mopar. At the end of April 2021 my husband was driving it on the Interstate when the transmission went out of it, it was stuck in 4th gear he said. The warranty will cover this to be fixed. He drove it to Dennis Dillon Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Caldwell Idaho as it was the closest dealership with a shop, I picked him up and his passengers. Slick Billy in sales wants to charge $350 for "Documents Processing Charges" alone for a vehicle purchase. Never heard of a dealer charging more than $85 for any vehicle. Is this even legal? BEWARE of this dealership.
