I have spent a lot of money with Dennis Carpenter ford. I have never left a rating on any company but this really gets with little understanding. I ordered my floor mats on July 9th, 2021. My e-mail stated shipment delays because of covid. Here is the problem. I get it today August 2nd, 2021 after a number of calls I made to them. Always told call back etc. The problem is no one will check on your order other than being told to call back and keep checking. I went the weekend of July 23rd 2021. They were closed because of covid and has a policy of. Place an order, pay, give 2hrs, call when you arrive and then you hey will bring out. I followed all of the steps. Got out on hold for 15min, I hung up and called back and then still had to wait. Bad business.
Called Dennis Carpenter to order parts Wednesday January 6th, was told all parts in stock, gentleman took info and email. Heard nothing, called them Monday morning January 11. Was told they get 3 BUSINESS days to process order. Called today Jan 14 still not shipped. They blamed it on USPS. Asked her if it had been shipped or not I would cancel order and get it fed x from another source. She said she would investigate and call me back.
