I have bought parts a number of times from them. The parts were from china and did not fit. The teck department agrees to that but the return dept. States since we have no returns on that item you pay shipping back. I offered a photo of my original part. They say don'y matter. This is a rip off and the company should show some customer service or own up to the fact.
I purchased a dash cluster for my 76 Ford truck and it arrived early to my surprise very good quality packaged with the best of care they did not cut corners I give them a five star rate and I will definitely buy all my reproduction parts from Dennis Carpenter
i order alot of parts through all ford parts sellers online, dennis carpenter has the crappiest customer service there is,, i order parts from npd which is in florida, i get my things 3 days tops, same thing with mac's, summitracing is the best customer service there is, i do most of my business with them now
i ordered from dc and on the dec 8th 2021 i made my order, they didnt process the order till today, dec 13th 2021 im sorry dennis carpenter i wont be doing business with you again
I had an issue with the windshield window rubber seal. I received the incorrect part and after speaking with Tom in the Parts Department, the issue was fixed and I received the correct rubber seal at no charge. Thank you Tom for your great Customer Service. Andy (Canada)
Ordered over $6,000 in parts and one of the fenders wasnt tooled right and out of square. They refused to take the fender back leaving me with a $200 paper weight.
I have spent a lot of money with Dennis Carpenter ford. I have never left a rating on any company but this really gets with little understanding. I ordered my floor mats on July 9th, 2021. My e-mail stated shipment delays because of covid. Here is the problem. I get it today August 2nd, 2021 after a number of calls I made to them. Always told call back etc. The problem is no one will check on your order other than being told to call back and keep checking.
