DO NOT GO HERE! It's impossible to reach anyone and when you do reach someone, they'll make you feel worse about yourself and for calling. Staff purposely ignores and hangs up my calls. This whole office shouldn't exist because they're only adding to the existing stress levels of those struggling to conceive. Absolute shame on them and I completely understand why their ratings are 1/5 on all sites.
Please don’t go to her. She said “ if I ever want to bring home a kid from the hospital, it won’t be my own egg.” I had a baby after that with another doctor. Horrible.horrible. Her words echo in my head to today and this was 5 years ago. Fertility is already horrible to go through, one appt with her and I left immediately.
The most unprofessional interaction that I have ever, ever encountered from a doctor. I had a terrible telephone appointment with Dr. Murray. First off, throughout the entire call, she was audibly eating, incredibly disrespectful. When I tried to discuss my concerns and ask questions, she was dismissive and rushed. Instead of offering any real guidance, she gave vague, uninterested responses that felt more like she was reading off a script than genuinely listening to me.
Doctor Murray was amazing! She is straight to the point. She took us on our journey through our 1st IVF experience and we now have a beautiful baby girl! We are now going through our third IVF journey with a new IVF doctor and it hasn’t been a very good experience. I would give anything to go back to her. Unfortunately, my insurance no longer covers IVF through her. If you want a straight to the point doctor with a lot of knowledge and experience she is your DR!
