Denise Delph provided exceptional guidance and support throughout my federally mandated Return-to-Duty (RTD) process. Her expertise in DOT/SAP compliance, combined with genuine empathy and professionalism, made a challenging situation manageable and constructive.
I would greatly recommend anyone who needs help or guidance with getting into drug or alcohol programs, and completing clearinghouse instructions to quickly get back on the road after a failed DOT drug test. My CDL was prohibited after failing a drug test and she was there for me every step of the way. Super reliable, responds to texts/calls instantly no matter the time of day. I completed my SAP quicker than I imagined and I couldn’t ask for a better SAP professional to guide me through my process!
