wanted to force personal opinions on clients After being a faithful client for 16 years, the owner had cancelled my appointment because of his unprofessionalism. The owner didn't approve that I took my 14 year old son to lunch at Chick Fil A! During these 16 years, I sat and listened to many personal stories (many that most wouldn't discuss with their best friend). Great People & Great Salon! – After moving back to Pittsbugh, I'd searched for a new Salon for quite sometime. I finally stumbled upon Denham & Co. last year and my search was over! I've seen both John and Tim and have had nothing but great experiences. They both listen and make suggestions based on my wants and needs, and the results are always great! Fantastic Salon! – This was my first experience with Denham & Co Salon. I was really quite pleased with the outcome of my hair cut. John Jakubik was my stylist and he was personable and took my garbled explanation of what I wanted and made it infinitely better and bolder than I could have imagined. Outstanding Service and Results – I've been a client of Dan's for close to 10 years and I always look forward to my visit. The entire staff is warm and respectful; always looking for ways to accommodate. My hair is super fine but Dan has found a style and cut that is flattering and easy for me to maintain. I've recommended Denham & Co. to friends and to my BOSS so that should tell you something (!). Appallingly Poor Customer Service I was basically fired as a client on my first visit. I was very late and the stylist and salon refused to reschedule my appointment.
Very Bad Experience When I arrived for my appointment at Denham Salon,no one at the counter even acknowldeged my arrival. There were 2 girls just standing and talking,they didn't even say hello or anything. The decor in the Salon has alot to be desired,it looks like a thrift store,with pots and pans hanging from the ceiling! the staff did not look professional to say the least.
