I love the Denham Building! The location is perfect and the building is one of my favorite industrial plans in the city. Christopher Varallo is an amazing manager! He's always quick to respond to tenant needs, plus he makes living in the building an absolute joy! The tenants are this great mix of young professionals, creatives and small families - which makes the building fun to be in. If you get the opportunity, you should absolutely try living here!
I'm at the end of my stay at the Denham, and I will say that I'm sad to go. Of course, I'm going to miss the views, the neighborhood, the modernity that I've grown accustomed to--but not nearly as much as I'll miss working with Chris and Sydney! Living in the Denham Lofts is fabulous. Not only are the lofts beautifully designed with top notch fixtures and great layouts, but they're extremely close to anything you'd want to access in the heart of downtown Birmingham. The management team is the best I've ever experienced - - extraordinarily responsive and attune to any and all needs of the building's tenants. You can't go wrong choosing Denham!
I love living in the heart of Birmingham at the Denham loft. It’s conveniently located near 65 & can get anywhere in a matter of minutes. It’s also so close to many yummy places to eat & hangout. I love that they are very dog friendly & have a great place outside for your 4 legged friends to run & stretch their legs. The inside of the apartment is modern industrial with state of art appliances. The management team is awesome to work with & they make you feel like family here.
I popped into The Denham having not made an appointment, but hoping to still look around the space. The property manager, Chris, greeted me moments after I came through the front door. Even though my visit wasn't scheduled, he took the time to show me around the building, let me snoop through several of the units, and filled me on all the exciting things happening in that part of the downtown area.
