I brought my 2019 Mazda6 for a battery service. Battery they installed less than a year ago was failing. On Tuesday, they tested it and confirmed it needed replacement still under warranty, said a 4-hour diagnostic would be required due to needing another replacement. Just as someone who was looking for parts…rudest dealership I’ve ever stepped in. Not one individual greeted me, helped me, in fact I stood there while they ignored me. A simple acknowledgment of someone’s presence, goes a long way in customer service. You couldn’t pay me to shop here.
