If I could give this dealership zero stars, I absolutely would. Do not buy a car from this dealership. They do not take customer service seriously, and I am now paying for the mistake of trusting them. I test drove the car and immediately noticed an issue with my wheels. I informed the sales rep, and he assured me they would take care of it. I went to this DeMontrond for an oil change. Let me tell you, Daniel V. was an amazing person, he answered and explained all my questions. The service there was excellent, I don’t drive a Mazda, but I will definitely be taking my car there from now on!! Oh and the guy who drove my car up was a sweet, awesome dude!! Sorry, I didn’t get your name, but he had curly hair, faded on the sides.. Plus, they send you a video of the tech working on your car!! DeMontrond in Texas City, could never!!!!
Just bought a pick up from Mr. Froisy and the interaction was excellent through and through. Will definitely be referring friends and family his way.
