Found the car we wanted at this dealership and working with Toby we overall had a great experience. Toby is the guy to work with if he's available. They weren't pushy and made the process straightforward and about as pain free as buying a car can be. For our first Mazda we are looking forward to our ongoing relationship.
I purchased my vehicle through the Demontrond Group and was advised that I could take it to any of their service locations. I took my 2021 RAM TRX to their Mazda location for service, where it sat untouched for an entire week with zero progress or updates. After a week, I was told they couldn’t service it and would need to tow it to their Dodge location. It then took another full week — again with no communication — before the tow was finally arranged. Went in today to test drive a couple models my husband had previously checked out. Wasn’t honestly expecting to leave with a new car today. Our sales person Toby was very informative about the differences in each model I drove and had no problem answering the dozens of questions I had. Jason and Justin helped to make all the behind the scenes stuff as easy and fast as possible.
