Horrible dealership. Very unprofessional, terrible customer service, and a complete waste of time. Nobody answers the phones and the whole place is disorganized. Would never recommend this place to anyone
Absolutely terrible experience. We drove over an hour to see a truck after speaking with a sales agent, who suddenly stopped responding and nobody would answer the phone. Once we arrived, nobody seemed interested in helping us. Multiple employees kept asking if someone had already helped us, saying they were going to get the keys, and then disappearing without ever coming back. Austin, the service manager, worked with me to get my key fob issues equitably resolved. Christopher Branch at the service counter went the extra mile and gave me a couple of invaluable tips to prevent their recurrence down the road (), as well as taking very considerate care of me today and making sure I was good with everything. Karol in sales did a great job. Not pushy and informative. Did most of the deal via text and email. This was our 3rd Mazda dealership trying to find a new Mazda and ended up getting a Certified Pre-owned. Great selection on CX-70’s. Oscar in finance was great too.
