Just say no to all DeMontrond warranties
If you're going to ask for anyone to help you out with your car and walk you through the process asked for (Christopher branch). Not only did Mr Branch walk me through the process but he also helped me out and let me understand what the issues were with my car. Along with that, Mr Branch also was very attentive and helpful. Every time I had a request or question he was always willing to help out and answer.
When I first gave Mazda this 5 star review, I had leased my first car with Mirza and it was an easy and seamless experience 3 years ago. Yesterday ( 8/12) I had the pleasure of dealing with KR, who specifically deals with leased vehicles. I cannot rant and rave enough about KR. Actually Mazda in general. The building is always clean, and every single person is friendly… ALL. THE. TIME. Because of KR, I left yesterday on another round of leasing a vehicle. Love this dealership!
