The business person explained the terms of the loan contract and extended warranties on a language I could understand. Brad Deml very kindly assisted me with locating the various settings in my car and set up Bluetooth to my phone. He also gave me the history of my car. I would recommend Deml Ford!
We went to get new tires were told we would get so much off if we applied for a credit card witch my husband did got the tires on and no credit card so the office person who made out the application called they had nothing on us! So no money off.a week later we get a letter with Amanda’s name on it and a denial. Went to Ford with it. Amanda said how did my name get on it ha ha don’t know she filled out the application.
