Bought a new Ford Fusion Sport and had a bunch of problems: the steering wheel got recalled, the shifter knob got recalled, the passenger side windows went out, the spark plugs went out and the tires went low! Will not ever purchase a Ford made vehicle again for sure! P.S. this is a reflection on Ford and not Deml.
RecommendedMost streamline car purchase I have ever made. Being able to fill our credit applications ahead of time really saved time at the dealership. Big plus for us. Also, everyone was really nice and friendly. And not just salesperson nice, genuinely nice. They also recommended a great place for lunch, El Molino. I also highly recommend trying them out.

Brad went above and beyond to make my purchasing experience a great one. He explained every detail in my new car to me and got my phone all hooked up to my car which i would not have known how to do. Angie was super great to work to work with also. They both made the experience fun and exciting! i would highly recommend!

Wife needed a new car during this covid crud. I emailed Deml Ford (they got back to me the next morning, as I wrote them at like 9pm), as they had an exact Explorer were we're looking for. Wife and I dove an hour to look, and loved the truck. Michael Kahnke helped us. Absolutely a GREAT sales guy. He walked around the entire vehicle with us pointed out scratches (as it was used), all features, how everything worked, talked to both my wife and I like a person and not a sales guy.
