I recently had my Expedition in for service. The staff at Deml Ford was very professional. The diagnosis came quicker than I expected, as they contacted me on a Saturday. The parts were in on Monday and I had my vehicle back by lunchtime. The best place to take your Ford is Deml Ford. Thank you for Excellent service.
Deml did a wonderful job of helping me through the process of getting me a new truck. They were very helpful throughout the process. Will definitely be purchasing future vehicles from them.
I was a half hour early for my appointment and was taken right in for the recall job !! It only took 10 minutes so I was in and out before my scheduled appointment was due !!! Very good service and very acomodating.
I bought four vehicles from Deml and each time was an easy experience. The staff is real nice and helpful. Their prices are the best in the area. I do a lot of research before I buy and I end up coming to Deml every time! Fusion, F-150, whatever vehicle you're looking for, odds are they'll have the best deal. I used to do my business at a different dealer, but now I only go to Deml Ford.
Great places to buy cars are sometimes not so great on follow up, but that is not the case here, recently Mitch took care of my scheduled service, but saw there was a minor recall and got that fixed and went above and beyond and ran it through the car wash. Great job by your team.
Absolutely the easiest buying experience. Brad c and Angie have everything so lined up when I get there. Takes longer to catch up on a personal level than to get the actual deal done. After 15 years of great customer service, I dont even bother to look anywhere else. Explanation of vehicle operation is outstanding. Recommended to all.
