Horrible customer service I arrived at the seedy offices of Demers Real Estate to fill out an application for an apartment. The only visible employee was a rude middle-aged lady who insisted that she couldn't give me an application and that they could only be given out by building managers (?!). She then said she was leaving for the day and refused to give me any more help! I strongly advise you to avoid this property company, as they obviously have little concern for the needs of even their potential customers.
