I had an appointment for an MRI today that I have waited for 4 months to have done. When I arrived I was processed and waited 15-20 minutes until i was told that the person what was supposed to do the MRI was out and his or her replacement was no where to be found. They offered to contact the supervisor but by that time it was going to be too late to do the procedure. Staff is very polite and helpful. The only problem I have is that it always takes hours before my procedures are done.
My doctor from a different hospital told me that I had to certain test done at his location. I asked him why I couldn’t get them done in Johnson city medical center North state of Franklin street. Come to find out that they don’t even have the proper equipment in Johnson City Tn. The equipment they should use cost to much to get or fix. They can’t even properly diagnose anybody. Dr. Mushwar did not know what to do when a hiatal hernia had rumptured my chest lining and my esophagus which let my stomach go into my chest cavity and my esophagus leaving the spintor open to let everything from my stomach come back up into my esophagus causing BARRETT'S DISEASE! Took my 76 yr old mother to a clinic this morning at 8am. They advised that she was dehydrated along with other things that they were not equipped to take care of. So I took my mom to the ER at Memorial Hermann. She is obviously dehydrated, sick to stomach, trouble breathing, etc... and we have yet to see a doctor. Going on four hours just in the waiting room!!! I knew we should have went to Methodist! They are much more efficient and it is much cleaner. This is complete crap! Mind you I am well into my 60s have been on the internet from the beginning an I have NEVER submitted an online survey. As far as the personnel, physicians, nurses, making you feel comfortable both before and after the procedure they are marvelous. As far as there financial and billing procedures they are a "NIGHTMARE". When I was taken back from waiting area I was immediately taken into a bathroom to get weighed and nurse pointed to a table in there where my gown, surgical hat and socks were and said get those on in here. I said are you kidding me and I got no answer she just looked at me and left! I wanted to just leave at that moment but I needed this surgery. I couldn’t believe that a surgery facility would have you dress in the bathroom for surgery. I will never go back there. I wouldn’t take a dog there!
Been at hoptil for 10 hr they are rude and have many rude staff i dont feel good they have been extremely rude and have been un realistic i need help they are professional and deserves to be sued
