I did like Dr Humayun Mirza not anymore, when he have students he verbal abuse me about my weight. I have told him to stop doing that. November 18, 2024 he did it worse that before. He got in my face telling me I need to lose weight. I have lost 71 pounds on my own , he no that. I do not know why he do that my collusion is I am a black female. I don't understand the negative reviews. PPl come in with a previous botch job and expect him to correct other surgeon's mistake. When they don't get the result they are looking for, they give a bad review. He was spot with my diagnosis. His diagnosis was confirmed by 2 separate surgeon at HSS. His staff goes over and beyond. Making you feel you are his only patient. He is very supportive and goes the extra mile to ensure you receive the best care.

Dr Vikas Shahi is everything you wish for in your provider. He's super smart, kind, empathetic, listens and explains everything with clarity. You don't feel like a number in an Orthopedic factory. With many doctirs these days you talk to the back of their heads while they are writing in the computer. Not with Dr Shahi. He has great communication. I am so thrilled I found him and so is my left knee!!

Waited 9 hours to have bloodwork drawn and get a room for 10 minutes for the NP to walk in, chuckle, and say "You're fine". When I asked about all of the symptoms I was experiencing as well as some of the elevated results in my bloodwork I was told to go see a primary care doctor instead. Slapped with a $1200 ER room bill that I called to negotiate down to $900 since I couldn't pay the full amount and because the cost was higher than average. Next week I was told to pay the remaining $300 and when I brought up the previous ... read more

I have had a wonderful experience at west Boca. The reason for this was my Dr. Dr Amir Zeidan who is most affectionately referred to as Dr. Sunshine was wonderful to me. I feel so much better and confident in his ability to be a comfort to me and my family.

When you go to a Dr as a regular patient for over 12 years you would expect for the Dr to see you in a timely manner when you have an issue. Not this Dr , 4 months is what she wanted me to wait when I was in major pain.  wouldn’t even get on the phone.  Very disturbing.
