I used to come here all the time with my friends, but until they do a better job at scheduling appointments I don't think I'll be back. If I have an appointment at 3:30 I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes plus if I had stayed to wait around for the next available person. If you know you're going to have a big party, you should schedule more appropriately. I've heard really good things about this salon and I decided to get my nails done. Just anc with tips and in less than a week 4 of my nails fell off. I went back to get them reapplied and they kept falling off...super unhappy with this service

I started going here about 3 years ago when my grandson was in pre school nearby. I no longer drive him into Colonie, but I happily make the 45 minute trip to have Thao do my nails She is awesome and everyone is so friendly. I am surprised at any negative reviews. As anywheres else, make an appointment when you go in and get established if you want to be treated as a regular.

I used to go to this salon for years but last month I went and I truly felt rushed and my pedicure was not done correctly. In the past I would've given them 5 stars but lately I noticed they're a bit rude and the owners rush the girls. It's like the more clients the better but the quality is definitely going down.
