I got ANC done last Saturday at Deluxe Nail & Spa in Latham, NY and had the WORST experience I’ve ever had. She left the tips I had previously still on. She also rushed through my nails and did a pedicure on another woman while doing my nails. I had to go home and attempt to fix them myself. After 2 days every single nail was lifting. I walked away unhappy with my gel color that I paid an extra $16 for and they could care less. I literally said I do not think this is the same color when she started to apply it and she said it was. I even showed them the swatch of the color before paying and how it didn’t match what was on my nails. Do not use this saloon ever I wish I could have read the reviews before going in there. The girl was rude to me never listen my instructions and it comes very bad.
My wife has been using this business to have her nails done for about three years. She is extremely satisfied with the work they do, staff is friendly and accommodating always. She has not had any issues with ANC or gel nails, always well done and manicure lasts!.
Great selection and service was awesome!! Definitely going back again.
