Been going here for years and seeing the same girl. Lately it seems like I wait to be seen when I have an appointment. They are toggling between two clients. My time is rushed and the final product shows it. I have to tell her she missed a nail. Lol There are kids running around that belong to a worker. Maybe I should start tipping by the service provided. I really think they need more help.

I've used the Loudonville location off and on for years. Recently I signed up for their "birthday club". I quickly received a $5 off coupon, followed by a $10 off $35 service. When I went in for a mani/pedi ($35) the man who runs the salon refused to honor the coupon as written, gave me only $5 off. Good move! You kept (cheated me out of) 5 bucks and lost a customer. Not what you should be doing when a new nail salon just opened across the street.
Could use more professionalism and better technicians. They need to learn to take an appointment on time not 45 minutes late, they need to not charge someone for 2 nails the same price they'd charge for 10 nail design as their price sheet states, especially when they mess up the design when it's simply just a stripe through the nail. The man at the front desk is rude and I've had 2 techs burn me with the drill to the point that I was bleeding. NOT HAPPY.
RecommendedI have been a client of the Niskayuna location for five years and find the staff to be extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
