We previously rented for a few years from this real estate company and were very disappointed with how things were handled when we asked to have a leaking toilet repaired and were threatened to have our rent raised if it was repaired at their expense. Also upon move out we were yanked around like puppets on a string and threatened not to receive our deposit back if we didnt do xtra work to the property that we had a verbal agreement on with conditions when we moved in. BEWARE OF THEIR RENTAL PROPERTYS!
