Can visually see that I have window tint. Made husband wait 4 hours for inspection. Too his money and failed it for took dark of window tint. What a rip off.

Disappointed I feel like I wasted my money and was lied to. They did half hour interior in twelve mins never again. They opened my middle compartment never steamed it clean still dusty and never closed it Why cause they broke it. So I mentioned it to them and the girl said oh I didn't do that part maybe someone else did. Never bothered to get manager.

They do a good job most of the time . I like this location the best they always do the inside very good the outside most of the time.
The service i experienced at this store was horrible. I went here earlier this morning before the shop was even open to get an inspection on my vehicle. I was second in line to get my car checked out and the receptionist was very rude when i first got there. I brushed it off like ok maybe she had a bad day and I sat in the waiting room. After about 30 mins I seen three cars leaving over my car so I ask the receptionist whats the update on vehicle. I wish when I pay for a tire shine and tip $5 they would actually put tire shine on the brush before wiping it on my tires. It's happened a couple times now. What's the point in me paying for my tires to be shined and tipping the employees if they refuse to shine my tires?
