Went through delta sonic on forth of July first time ever . Had no previous crack or nic on windshield where their car wash I heard crack as well as my passenger mind you , cracked my windshield . However their corporate office refuses to fix . The manager Miguel was very helpful and told me this happens normally by the dryer where and when I heard a crack unfortunate it's out of his hands . RecommendedThe crew at the Delaware Avenue location are friendly, professional and always do an AMAZING job! I’ve been coming to this location for years because of this despite the fact there is another location closer to where I live. I appreciate all of their the hard work.

- [ ] I am not one to blast businesses on social media but Delta Sonic deserves the worst car wash award! I have had 4 claims into them over the last 2 years. Three of them were with my 18 Jaguar F Pace 35R Sport driver side handle would blow off, 1st claim Penfield Delta approved it and I had them fix it, 2nd claim at Penfield I took the $125 gift card knowing it was covered under Jaguar warranty, they put a dab of glue on it. 3rd claim at Henrietta Delta they found the driver side handle that was all scratched and I took t... read more
