Very disappointed with the service at the West Seneca location. Went in to have an inspection and was told yes. When I went in another employee told me that they are not doing any more inspections today. I arrived with over 2 and a half hours of business operation left in the day.
This Delta sonic location raised their gas prices by five cents and then offered five cents off for a cash purchase. Plainly they’re having a cash flow problem and trying to get a bulk of cash upfront by offering a discount which really wasn’t a discount at all. Do you think people are stupid?
Buyer beware. I was on a plan and didn’t have the money back in November. I resigned up mid December was charged a prorated amount. January I was in an accident and never used the wash once. I called today to ask for a refund from the corporate office and the rep refused because she said I was only charged a prorate in December had 4 washes and never used in January. They don't care about the community. When busy they cause massive traffic tieups and no help from the managers . Poor Buiessness practice. Please call West Seneca police and town hall and bitch . Otherwise we the community takes longer to get home..
Delta Sonic is convenient but ridiculously over-priced and their kiosk attendants are required to try to upsell you with a 5-minute spiel I could do without, every single time you go there. In addition, years ago I got an "oil change" at the Delta Sonic in Williamsville. They drained my oil and didn't put any new oil in the car and I drove home that way. Luckily my husband realized the issue and replaced the oil (and the missing plug) before the engine seized and it was a warm day so I'm sure that helped. But when I complain... read more
Always fast service. Maybe not the friendliest at times but very fast reliable service
Tore my bumper off. "Our machines don't tear bumpers off" second time my car was damaged at this site.
Not real impressed, I have the unlimited wash package and the scanner didn't scan my sticker. The line was backing up, no one came to help me for a few minutes. When the girl finally came over, she scanned my sticker and walked away, I wasn't done. I wanted the wax and my tires done. The gate opened to let me through, so I had to honk to get her attention again, they ignored me for a minute, so i honked again, still backing up the line, and finally she comes back. Kudos to the detail shop! Brought my car in after what we called The Great Gravy Tsunami of 2017 and they did a better job than we thought could ever be done. They weren't even sure they could do it in one day. They had to charge extra because of how extensive the mess was...but there was not a fleck of dust left anywhere in the car when they were done. It is probably cleaner now than when we bought it new 13 years ago. AND they got it done same day. It cost a little more than we planned but the result was well worth it!
