RecommendedI didn't catch the young man's name at the drying station this morning, but he did the most thorough job that I have seen in the hundreds of times that I used your service (approx. 8:45 AM at Langner location ). He should train the rest of your staff, as they are not even close to good.
Whatever you're there for? They've got you covered. For just under $20 a month, you can get an unlimited amount of times to go get your vehicle washed. It's a steal of a deal for anyone living in the Buffalo, NY. area. Especially, during the winter months.

Looks like the service department is lazy and tries to discourage customers by giving them over inflated wait times. I'm not sure who the manager is but he should be replaced. I was told a oul change would take 1 1/2 hours and it was done in 35 minutes.Also witnessed folks being told 2 hours for an inspection. One guy laughed and said" you have open bays". So much for convenience.

The guys in the service dept are amazing. Gary and Alex were so nice. I thought I was over due for my oil change, when in fact I still had 1,000 more miles to go. They told me about it instead of just taking my money and doing an unnecessary oil change. That’s good customer service. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys!
I have the unlimited inside and out side cleaning pass... plus let me say I never been to this one. but I was there 230 to 545 for a oil change. I will never go to this location again. poor poor poor service for the cleaning the oil change and in the store. never will be going back.
