At first I made a complaint with the BBB. But now I'm correcting it. The company got back to me. Alot of this whole thing was a big misunderstanding and communication. All is fixed and worked out. Would I recommend this company...YES definitely. If you are told something you don't understand and ask for a owner to contact you for a better explanation. They will. I will continue to use this company.

They don't seem to know anything about plumbing. Sold me a hot water heater. Proposal/contract stated 6 yr. Warranty, 2 yrs on labor. heater not functioning, " needs to be replaced ". Company won't honor warranty. Plus they were unable to turn off water leak that continued approx. 72 hrs. now I found a leak that damaged my dry wall. I recently had a new a/c unit installed by Delta Home Services, ********************************************************************, in October 0f 2021, paying $15,350. After finishing the job, the installer(s) advised that a technician would come out in or around the date of the installation in a year to clean the unit and inspect it for any issues which would require maintenance, at no charge. The service has been terrible our brand new air conditioner under three years old went out at the end of June. At that time they told us it will have it in two weeks, and then they extended it to a month it is now the end of August that was the next deadline that it was supposed to be here the problem I have my husband has with us is that were still under warranty and we suspect that theyre just stalling us when we call the manager to call us back the office downstairs says they have to get to the manager and I would say we ... read more

I have had 2 terrible interactions with Delta Home Services!!The technicians have LIED to me and tried to sell me unneeded services and goods, that would have COST me thousands of dollars!On 12/25/20. a Delta tech told me my heat exchanger was cracked and needed to be replaced. He said it would cost me about $4000 dollars plus labor and that I was at risk for carbon monoxide poisoning if I did nothing to replace it.I felt he was acting suspiciously, so I got a second opinion from a different ** contractor, who said there was... read more

The summer of 2021 has been hot and miserable thanks to the improper installation of a top tier Trane split by Delta Home Services in January of 2021. From April 7th until August 10th, I had 9 services calls for AC failures but no one evaluated the entire system for the cause of a waterlogged handler. I reached out to 3 companies for some help on my air conditioning units. I have two at the house and only one of them was not turning on. After I tried to use the heat or cool setting with the fan auto or on I could not get anything to work. Two of the companies told me I would need a new unit because the one that is currently there was old and looks like the one that originally put in. For many years I lived in a Tempe house build in 1950. It was cold in the winter and hot in the summer. We couldn't use our living room and dining room in summer because they were so warm. I called several companies to evaluate the situation, but the one I chose was Delta. I worked with Jason M*****, one of their salespeople. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Always had a pleasant experience with Delta. I called in to get my units serviced, after a cleaning my AC is working way better.
