This was the first credit union I joined after years of not mattering and being hit with a fees for everything, I went looking for the caring for the peoples needs experience. I have been a member since 2012 with a credit card and a car loan. I see the responses by Delta Community Credit Union as self-serving. The proof is always in the pudding. There is no customer service at this Credit Union beware. They do not return your calls I do not follow up on issues they just want to move on to the next. I can provide names and phone numbers if needed but the responses from Delta Community Credit Union are all a charade in my opinion. Is financial institution does not work for me.

I have been with DCCU for over a decade, and I've finally experienced enough terrible service that I am looking to move to another bank. I continually receive unexplainable holds on my account, only to be ignored, receive flippant remarks by "member care agents," and be sent to other lines to office departments that are closed (which ends the call and forces me to completely start over.) I have been a client of this bank for well over 5 years.I have deposited my husbands checks prior with his name on the account and now they are placing a 7 day hold on them. I looked up the rules and it states it up to the bank and their discretion. Hmm...I also know that many of the employee's on the front end and back end lie. This is unfortunate. I would not recommend this bank. They lie instead of trying to help you fix the problem.

I am a new customer at Delta Community Credit Union. I get $2010.00 per month from the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Fiscal Services. My Complaint is that my payee is mismanging my benefits by sending the entirety to COMERICA BANK and then depositing $559.00 on a DIRECT EXPRESS DEBIT CA

I have never been so disappointed in a single business in my entire life! Unfortunately I have been "forced" to use DCCU because my father passed away in June (a retired Delta employee) and his account was here so I had to "transfer" his account to my mother with this credit union. It seems they go out of their way to make things as difficult as possible at every turn. Absolutely horrible!!! I will preface this by saying this was partly my fault. I had opened another checking account, transferred my money into it and left a little money in my other checking to cover coffee costs while I waited for my new debit card in the mail for my new account as I'm not near a branch. The location on hwy 138 Stockbridge ga has the worst customer service possible. It's a disgrace
