Went to the Virginia Avenue location to deposit a check in person with a teller on 11/2. Requested for $3,000 of the check to be cleared for immediate use. I was told that the amount I requested would be ready for use that day and the remaining cleared Thursday. I'm finding out today (11/4) that the check won't fully process until 11/11. Had I known my requested amount to be cleared would have caused a 7 day delay with the remaining amount to clear, I would have deposited the check elsewhere. On Tuesday, 9/28/21 at 2:33pm, I called to discuss an extra charge on my account from Home2Suites dated on the 27th of September. I spoke to ****** and she was nothing short of horrible!! Have had nothing but trouble with accounts here. Debit card quit working. Online banking SCREWED up. Customer service is non existent. Closing all accounts and moving to Chase.

I love banking here however when I called the Fayetteville branch which I never use... "Meka" or "Meeka" had the worst customer service I have ever experienced with this company. She was rude and non caring, she had a horrible attitude throughout the entire phone call. I hope something is done, because it's people like her that turn customers away from a good business.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK AT ALL!!!!! AS A CUSTOMER WITH MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS THIS BANKED STOPPED MY LIVELIHOOD DUE TO 10 FRAUD LEGITIMATE CASES IN ONE YEAR THAT MY CARD WERE STILL IN MY POSSESSION OCCURRING ON MY ACCOUNT AND ALL WERE PERMANENT CREDITS BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. This by far has been the worst banking experience ever. Do NOT put your money here. It is not a safe place to keep your money. I started a dispute back in November. I was told that more information was needed in order to come to a resolution. I sent the information by fax twice and received confirmation that the information went through. So I called DCU to verify that they received the documents and they said that they hadn't received them yet and that it usually takes a few days for the information to process. I went today to the Hamilton Ridge location inside of Kroger to open a savings account. Never have done business with them before. I came in at 5:40 pm to have the account open and they told me they stop opening accounts at 5:30 pm, to try back another day. I had my paperwork all filled out, all documents handy. They closed at 6 pm, I know they could've attended me. 1. I opened 2 accounts this year, checking and savings. 2. Using the Delta Community Credit Union's "Bill Pay", I found out they use a 3rd party to send checks to my payee's. They contracted with "Northern Trust" and it takes a long time for money to be received by payee, if at all. Major Payees do not like receiving money from this 3rd party company and "Northern Trust Payment Processing Center has a ton of complaints.
