"Delta Community Credit" has cold-called me every day for the last 5 days with four calls in a row and not leaving a message. I have messaged that I am with a patient, the call is ended, and they call back immediately. LIke a robocall. I answered last Friday, finally on the fourth call and was met wtih silence. I blocked their number, but the unwanted calls continue into this week with a different Atlanta number, still identified as them. It's looking like a scam and so I'm here to report them.

Every time I go into ********** branch with a particular manager that there she always gives me a problem! I deposited a government check for a decent amount of money. She said it would be a hold on it and only released some. This mind you is a US GOVERNMENT issued check and it is still on hold? Ive been in this branch on several times and get other managers that has helped for the same high dollar amount not government issued and have clear in a couple days. I no longer live in *******. I have a credit card balance there. Im calling into the branch I use. Because I couldnt answer one question right to do with my pin. They will not give me any answer. They stopped sending me a bill. So my payment is late and they will not take my payment and hang up on me. This never happened to me when I lived in ******. The **** call center or customer service department are the most unhelpful, inept people. Every time I call, the agent has an attitude and they give incorrect information. Consequently, I have to call several times and each time, the information is different. And because of this attitude, they make it sound like it's my fault. For example, one agent said, "You must have heard it wrong." Really? You all record the calls, why don't you listen and act on them. Get your credit card from a different company. DCU will break you financially. I didn't realize I was being charged 50% in interest until I started using the credit card almost a year later. I have good credit, and out of all the credit cards I have, this is the worst, even if you work for Delta they will take advantage of you financially. Take my advice, do not get a credit card from them if you do not want to have a high financial loss in debt. This is the worst credit card interest rate I have ever had in my life. Delta is a discrimination bank. I paid my mortgage on the 5 and they would hold the mortgage for several days. I spoke to the representatives to understand why and no one can give you a precise answer. I spoke to others home owners tha are African Americans and they stayed the same has happened to them. Delta should not hold mortgages for seven days and allow other purchases to come out so that they can access fees and other penalties to the consumers. I have access penalties because of this. Delta Community is full of crap! And if Im able to *** I will! I had to do a dispute for transactions that was beyond my control! They reimburse me which was over $300 on November 2nd! I receive an email December 21 at 7pm saying that a large withdrawal was deducted from my account, and it was the reversed reimbursement! Them taking the money back out my account!
