I had a big emergency leak in my front yard on a Friday night. They sent a guy out on Saturday morning to ************ out what was wrong. Before he started work I had to sign the invoice. The cost was $1,600 and they wanted it all up front. I talked them into letting me pay half up front. Turns out my pipe was bad from the house to the meter and needed replacing. I had a leak in my kitchen faucet. I called the plumber on July 13. He said I had a pinhole leak on spout under retaining nut and that I would need a new spout. He suggested I contact Delta for a replacement through my warranty since the faucet was only 7 years old. I called and was told I needed to send pictures of the leak. I sent 2 pictures showing water shooting out of the base of the spout. Since I hadn't heard anything I called Delta on July 19 to check the status.
