RecommendedBeen here for a little over a year and love it here! The grounds and amenities are beautiful, the apartments are top notch, you can barely hear the train even though it's right next to the community, and the office staff are amazing and helpful! Brenda and Erika did a wonderful job taking care of the residents when they were here and now Maggie is doing a fantastic job!!

Been here 8 months and love it! Surprisingly never hear the hwy or train unless outside. Grounds and amenities are beautiful and every time ive had an issue, it was handled. Im also a Real Estate agent (yes renting while building) Ive brought clients and personal friends here and all have been taken GREAT care of. Ask for Brenda, she's my go to gal!! I don't normally write reviews but my best friend lives here and I'm jealous. The apartment is awesome, everyone I've met has been super nice, and today I had a blast at their pool party. They had one of the best live musicians I've ever seen (please post his Facebook on here so I can follow him and see him again!!). They even had an outdoor pool table and giant Jenga. If I move to Delray, this will definitely be the spot.
Loving every minute of my new home! The whole process was easy and simple. The staff is by far the best I have experienced in a rental community. From the moment I walked in, Erika was there to help me with all of my needs. She responded to all of my many emails in a timely manner and was very accommodating. These apartments are beautiful and the staff is amazing and so helpful!
Love it here. The facilities are really well thought out. Most apartment communities do the bare minimum, but DS really planned out their community areas. One top of that the apartments are well appointment with quality construction. To top it off the staff is amazing. So friendly and always cheery and willing to help. What I love most is how dog friendly it is.
